Pursuant to Article 13 of Decree Law n. 196 of 30th June, 2003 ('Privacy Code'), Generalcom SpA ( 'Generalcom'), in its capacity as data controller, hereby informs Customers that any personal data provided (the 'Data') during the registration to the the website http: // www.salvagente.com (the 'Site') in accordance with the Conditions of Use and Registration to the Site available at the link  (the 'Registration') will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and according to the criteria described hereinafter.
Purpose of data collection
The processing of the Data which Customers transmit to Generalcom with their Registration shall have the following purpose:
managing orders, billing and shipping of any products purchased through the Site; responding to your requests concerning the aforementioned products; fulfilling any legal obligations or requests by judicial authorities or anyone entitled by virtue of statutory provisions and secondary legislation; statistical analysis, aimed at improving our products and services, through Data processing in aggregate form and anonymously.
In addition, where specifically requested by Customers, Generalcom will process the Data for the purpose of sending the periodic newsletter on Generalcom's promotional, commercial and marketing initiatives.
The Data shall not be disclosed to the public and may be transmitted, exclusively for the aforementioned purposes, to the categories of subjects listed below based in the European Union:
In addition, the Data may become known to the in-house staff of Generalcom's, in its capacity as Data processor, having been put in charge by Generalcom of the execution of certain processing operations related and instrumental to the management of orders and the shipment of products purchased by Customers through the Site, or while executing maintenance activities of the technological part of the Site.
Data processing and storage methods
Data processing is carried out using automated tools (for ex. electronic procedures and support systems) and/or manually (for ex. on paper) for the time which is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set out in paragraph 1) above and, in any event, in compliance with the relative laws and regulations in force. In order to prevent any loss, or any illegal or incorrect use of and unauthorized access to the Data, specific security measures are observed, in compliance with the law. Generalcom, Domenico Boffi and ContactLab have taken all the security measures provided for by the applicable law to minimize any risks concerning the privacy, availability and integrity of any collected and processed personal data. The Data could be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer-related crimes to the detriment of the Site. Generalcom checks its own privacy and security policies periodically and, where appropriate, reviews the same in accordance with any regulatory and organisational changes or any changes arising from any technological developments. In the event of any such change being implemented in the policy, the new version will be published on the Site.
Nature of data provision
The provision of Data by Customers is optional. However, failure to provide such Data will make it impossible for Customers to access the Site's reserved areas and to use E-commerce services and the Newsletter provided by Generalcom. Such consent may be subsequently revoked at any time, and the possibility to use the Services in question will consequently lapse.

Data subject's rights
Users to whom the personal Data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating, or correction (art. 7 of Decree Law n. 196 of 30th June 2003). Pursuant to the above-mentioned article, users have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in breach of law and, in any event, to refuse its processing for legitimate reasons.
